Just minutes from downtown Venice and Wellen Park, this is an Audubon-certified community with gorgeous preserves, full country club amenities such as a resort pool, tiki bar, restaurant, coffee bar, gym, classes, spa services, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, dog park, walking trails, and more. Amenities are transferrable for a 90-day lease term for a $500 social fee. We are one of the few exclusive communities with full restaurant amenities and great food and drinks. We're basically a Sandals Resort! The home boasts a large foyer and two bedrooms with ample closet space, including a master with a walk-in closet. The kitchen is large with full dining room seating as well as bar seating at the counter. There is also a full laundry room and a lanai with a beautiful view of a quiet preserve. You can view all kinds of bird wildlife right from the backyard and catch beautiful sunsets every night from the lanai. Primary hosts a large Queen-size bed and the office/guest room has a twin with a trundle. The couch sleeps one person, and we have air mattresses/beds available in the garage storage for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and tableware. The house is fully furnished but Peloton not included ;) It's moving. The beautiful town of Venice is known for its historical and walkable downtown, gorgeous beaches, boating, festivals, activities, theatre, and waterfront. In addition, not far from our resort is the new community and downtown of Wellen Park, including the Braves Spring Training stadium, which hosts concerts, games, and other events.
