It also has a wood burning fireplace. There is one large bedroom downstairs and one very, very small bedroom. The bathroom is in the large bedroom. It's a very small bathroom but has good water pressure. The cabin is charming, but also quirky and not optimum for anyone with mobility issues, as there are about 10 steps down to it. It has a new aluminum roof and high ceilings upstairs. There is a stove, washer and dryer and oven and fridge, but no dishwasher. There is propane heat. There is a lot of property you can explore. No garage. No real storage, other than small storage for paint, outdoor gardening equipment etc. two parking spaces. Could fit 3-4 cars if you hv visitors. Sunny. There is a $250 pet deposit. 1 dog/max. I pay for garbage and water. You pay for PGE and internet and propane. There is absolutely no smoking. This is a high fire area. No outdoor fires. I pay for garden and tree maintenance.
