Inside, you'll find bright, breezy interiors and two spacious living areas for your enjoyment and entertainment. The first floor welcomes you with a cozy family room, a dining area for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The third floor living room boasts a second dining area, built-in wine center, and the outdoor deck. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Parking includes 1 small compact parking spot available in the carport and 1 parking spot available in the driveway. This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast, known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
