Please note that the driveway is steep, and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Located just a 5-minute drive from Riverside Park, a 15-minute drive from the University of Arkansas campus, and a 20-minute drive from both Fayetteville Square and Devil's Den State Park, this cabin offers easy access to local attractions. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and any pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
