Located just a 5-minute drive from Riverside Park and a 20-minute drive from both Fayetteville Square and Devil's Den State Park, this cabin is ideally situated for exploring the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy hiking and river activities at Devil's Den State Park or visit the West Fork River, walking trails, and picnic areas at Riverside Park. The driveway leading to the road is steep, and all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are highly recommended. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
