You have 24 hours to pay the security deposit in full and take the unit off the market. If you do not pay within the 24 hours then we will offer the home to the next qualified applicant. You must be willing to start the lease within 10 days of applying if the property is vacant at the time of application. If property is not available until a future date, you must be willing to start a lease within 10 days of the availability date. If you fail to sign the lease and pay first months rent by the agreed date, you will forfeit the deposit and we will place the rental back on the market.
