It s a two story apartment overlooking Forest Park with plenty of space for a couple or roommates. The bedrooms are large and I have room for a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, and treadmill in the guest room. My favorite parts about the apartment are the stained glass windows, the dry bar (so much extra storage space for kitchen gadgets!), and the huge living room space. There is in unit laundry and a parking space in the garage included in the rent! I have lived here for over a year and a half and would stay if we weren t trying to get a puppy. Dogs and cats are allowed, but I want a backyard space. Also, the couch and loveseat in the photo are faux leather, so not great for a puppy either. If anyone interested in moving in would want those I would be willing to part with them! I am looking for someone who wants to lease the apartment for a year, at least, starting between December 1 and January 31. My rent only went up $10 when I renewed, which is amazing for anyone who would want to stay longer! You would sign the lease directly with the management company (Grove Properties), but by finding a new tenant I don t have to pay to break my lease.
