PETS Pets not allowed MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS Tenant shall keep the premises clean and sanitary, and promptly notify Landlord of any needed major repairs. The tenant is responsible for minor maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, maintaining the yard as needed, and keeping drains clear. The landlord is responsible for major repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and structural systems. ENTRY BY LANDLORD Landlord may enter the premises with at least 24 hours' notice for inspection, repairs, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers, except in emergencies.
