Half of shed available if needed for storage, parking available for two compact cars. 10 minutes to Sugarbowl 15 minutes to Downtown Truckee 20 minutes to Northstar 25 minutes to Palisades Maximum occupancy is four. No laundry or garage. No pets. No smoking. Property tours can be made on request, please contact the owner. Owner covers garbage, cable, and WiFi. Tenant covers water, electrical, propane, firewood, and snow removal. Tenant must put water, electric, propane in their name for duration of lease. Tenant is required to purchase snow removal contract for the season. Ski lease available from December 1, 2025. 5 month minimum, 6 month maximum. (Mid November start date option if interested).
