This house has solar panels, there's an EV charger in the garage, and EV owners get free utilities, including electricity! You don't need to worry about snagging those hard to get free EV charging spots at work because you can charge at home for free! EV charger note: the charger has a NACS plug and is capable of supplying up to 48A (11.5 kW) to an EV (60A breaker). A NACS to J1772 adapter is available from the owner for a $200 refundable deposit or you can buy your own for probably less than that. Utilities are a flat $250/month, but, if you own an EV upon move in, the full $250/month utility fee will be waived as long as you own the EV. If you buy an EV while living here, the utility fee will be waived from that point forward. Yes, this is backwards. Most landlords would make you pay extra to charge your EV but here you get a discount!
