Right next to the cottage is a vegetable garden that you are free to harvest from. Underneath the 400 sq.ft. Studio apartment is a double garage with one parking space for the tenant and one for the resident. There is a newer full sized washer and dryer for the sole use of the tenant in this garage. Since it is a small apartment it is suited for one person only. Preference will be given to someone who works on Bainbridge. Fixed amount of $150 covers water, sewer, electricity, garbage and internet. The lease is for a minimum of 6 months, with an end date of 6/30/2025 If renter has a dog, it will have to be introduced to the two resistent dogs that live on the property to assure a peaceful coexistence. Any dog should not be left alone in the apartment for more than three hours. The apartment is currently furnished but can be rented vacant if so desired. There will be a wedding at the property in July 2025. The apartment will not be available for that month as we will use it for guests and the wedding party.
