My two bedroom apartment will be available September 1st. There will be an open house for qualified applicants. One of the bedrooms is very small, and I used it as an office when I lived there. The location is convenient to everything. You can walk or bike to the bus (.5 mile) or the commuter rail (2 miles), to shops, to the brand new riverside park, the playground, the arts and community center, schools, and more. Dedham Square is about a mile away and Legacy Place is just beyond that. There is an updated kitchen and the whole place was recently painted. There is a washer and dryer hookup and you pay for utilities. I am looking ideally for someone who will stay for the long term. No pets (service animals are OK) or smokers, please.
