From the covered outdoor porch, with dining table and comfortable seating, you'll step in to an open floor plan with expansive living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a separate den, which means that there is plenty of room for everyone. The den features a pullout sofa and can be closed off using the pocket door. The dining table seats 8 with 2 additional spots nearby at the kitchen island, and doors that open onto a cozy side porch. Additionally, you'll find a first-floor guest bedroom styled with a QUEEN bed, and adjacent to a full bath. The first floor also includes the easy convenience of a stack washer/dryer.
Heading up to the second level, the stairwell flows into the second-floor media room with flat screen tv, a perfect spot for puzzles, games or reading. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are styled with KING beds and private bathrooms. The additional bedroom on this floor includes a QUEEN size bed and full bathroom.
Retreats on Hudson Driftwood includes free high-speed wifi and Smart TV. This home features ample off street parking in the driveway and a fenced yard. Grilling out and beach days go hand in hand. Don't worry; we have you covered with your own private grill located just outside the front door.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest's stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with our team for additional details.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.
Minimum rental age is 25.
