Occupancy: Premises are for residential use only by the tenants listed on the lease.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the premises.
Pets: Pets maybe allowed with additional $350 non-refundable deposit and $25/mo per pet.
Maintenance & Care: Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and notify the landlord of any needed repairs. Landlord will handle major repairs not caused by tenant negligence. Must notify landlord of leaks, any problems with heat, doors, problems with appliances, etc.. Property must be clear of and junk, rubbish or trash.
Default & Violations: Failure to pay rent or comply with lease terms may result in late fees or eviction as outlined in the full lease agreement.
Application, background/ credit check required. Must have references of past landlords. Cannot make any alterations/changes to the house without prior written approval. Random inspections will be performed with 24 hour notice. Must be respectful to neighbors.
