Guest will need to sign a rental agreement and place a credit card on file. Rent is $1900 + $100 cleaning fee (1x) + $161.50 management fee (1x)= $2161.50 for first month. If booking for longer than 30 days, management reserves the right to do a walk-thru of the property with 24 hours notice to guest.
