Tenant are responsible for gardening. Tenants are responsible for cold water including watering garden as required by owner. Owner will participate in harvesting and caring for fruit and other trees to prevent damage and share harvest seasonally. Must be willing to work with owners to maintain garden, harvest trees and general repairs. Tenants must have SOLID credit and be currently employed as well as show financial worthiness (i.e. bank statements). Tenants must pay for the renter's insurance for the duration of their lease. Proof of coverage must be provided upon the signing of your lease. Monthly gross income to qualify must be at least 2 times the rent and will be verified. No bankruptcy or eviction history. We do not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company. All 18+ tenants will require screening.
