Important information: Why this home in this area should sell higher than average. In September 2017 a major Hurrican came directly over our home and the city of Wesley Chapel. We had no flooding, no power outage, no damage in this community while neighboring areas had all these problems. In Florida a home that is hit by a major Hurrican and has none of these problems should be considered very valuable and more valuable than like property that does not with stand hurricanes in this manner. The year the house was built should be of great concern also. This is a Hurrican Proof community which makes it much more valuable than surrounding neighborhoods.
