Sorry, but renters are prohibited by the HOA from having animals on the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. All tenants must go through tenant screening. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and cable tv. Tenant pays electric and internet. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on the deck. No smoking or pets.
