I have one more room for rent in a newly built house close to Briar Creek and the airport. This is the top floor of my home, I live in the room downstairs. Full kitchen/living room/half bath downstairs, some room for storage in the garage Washer/dryer You will share a good size bathroom with 2 sinks that is directly beside the rooms so its not down the hall or anything. Nice and quiet community with really nice walking trails Community pool and gym No smoking/no drugs/no pets - we can maybe talk about a turtle or something but no dogs or cats Google Fiber internet Super convenient shopping, close to 540/40, lots of places to eat. Right now the room has a bed in it, can throw the bed away or something if you have your own. **Very Important** 0 dish policy - if the stove is on there is water in the sink to clean as you go. We all clean up after ourselves and respect each others space. Will split utilities - will forward bill and have shared google doc so everything is transparent. I have up to 1 rooms/1bath for rent 1 BR -$800/month I am not looking to rent to couples. I live at an intersection so parking is already a little tight. The things I would ask for would probably make it not worth it for you. I think this room would be best for single, students/professionals that are looking for a quiet and clean space to live in peace.

Quiet, mostly clean, don't party, don't eat each others food, all get along. Two guys in their mid 20s. I don't think there has been a fight or real disagreement. Really chill. We don't have to be best friends, we just need to respect each other.
