In January 2020, two Tesla Powerwalls were installed to complement the solar system and to provide a battery backup generator. In December 2020, an additional 17 LG 355 solar panels were added with Enphase iQ7+ microinverters, bringing the solar system up from 16KW to 22Kw system allowing to produce approximately 100% of the current yearly electrical needs, producing over 29 MWh in 2022. In January 2021 a new smart GE water softener was installed. In March 2023, a Level 2 Tesla Wall charger was installed in the garage to allow for fast charging of electric vehicles. Bardmoor is located in mid Pinellas county equidistant to the beaches and Tampa International Airport. Walking distance to nearby shopping as well as two world class country clubs hosting two 18 hole championship courses, twenty tennis court, and an Olympic size pool for its members.
