1065 Zang Rental 2 bed/2 bath This is a 2 bedroom (1 bed/1 office)/2 bath home that is the main house with its own entrance and kitchen. It is independent of a home addition (locked off door) that has its own entrance. The 2nd bedroom is set up with an office desk and has a full size bed as well. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a small en suite bathroom. I am a healthcare worker who works up in the mountains but 2-3x a month we (my husband and 2 dogs) may have in person meetings or we may stay overnight if the pass is too bad to travel back the same day. We have a large backyard that would be shared so any other dog would need to be friendly. The backyard is the only SHARED space. Max dogs: 2. No other pets allowed. Refundable Pet deposit: $150 per dog, max $300 This home would be great for a working professional (healthcare worker at the nearby hospital, NREL, School of Mines) as we are close to all of those. Also an ideal setup for a remote worker who wants a quiet neighborhood with proximity to the mountains.
