Great home for a family first starting out. My mother lived there many years and has passed away two years ago while she was in the hospital. Just wanting someone to be able to enjoy it. A few miles before the Whitney damn. Great location right off the highway. Fenced in yard with carport and who sheds out back. Big beautiful yard in front. Has a lot of potential for someone who is wanting to upgrade or remodel. Still nice just as is sits today. Appraised at a higher rate amount, but willing to negotiate . thank you.
