The Clipper Ship Condominiums is a charming mid island boutique complex with twenty three units in Brigantine. This beautifully renovated landmark was updated in 2012 and offers modern comfort in a quiet setting. It works well for college students or temporary casino and restaurant employees who need a cozy winter place near the beach.

Winter rental: 1400 per month
Summer rental for May or June: 2000 per week

Lease Information
This is a winter monthly lease ending on April 2026 and also a weekly summer lease for May and June 2026. The unit is ideal for one or two occupants looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in a vibrant community.
Financial Responsibilities
Winter Lease Payments: First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are required at signing.
Summer Lease Payment: Deposit required to reserve your week. Full pending payment required at signing.
Repairs: Tenants are responsible for any repairs costing under $200, including all types of maintenance.
Maintenance Requirements
Due to the unit's proximity to the ocean, renters must use the provided dehumidifier to prevent excess condensation and mold. Failure to use the dehumidifier may result in mold, which is difficult and costly to remediate.
To ensure a smooth rental process, applicants will be required to:
- Provide a credit report, processed through Zillow
