We are only the second owners of this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home. Since having purchased it, we've installed an in-ground, heated, saltwater pool and a large shed, as well as an additional stamped concrete patio, refinished the garage floor, updated the electric to include a dedicated breaker for a generator and converted the 1st floor coat closet into a "mini mudroom." We've also taken care to freshly paint rooms and even paint the oak trim and doors white, in addition to replacing carpet in two of the bedrooms. We've also recently had the exterior painted, too. This home includes an office (or 5th bedroom?!), finished basement, as well as an in-law apartment, complete with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We love this home and, in fact, searched years until we found the one. We don't want to move, but if the price is right...
