It is in a prime spot in Ventnor's north beach district and within walking distance of some of the city's most incredible places. The apartment was recently renovated and has a private entrance, washer and dryer, ceramic tiled floors, central air conditioning, an outdoor grill and brand new furniture. This unit is available starting at $2,100 per week or $6,500 per month starting the 27th of June. This space has a limit of four people, with a California king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout bed in the living room/kitchen. These prices include a weekly basic cleaning of the apartment. Please be aware that people live on the second floor, and small dogs are on the property. Pets are allowed but approval has to be given by the owners first. Pets are allowed but the owner has to give approval first. No loud music is allowed past 10PM, per Ventnor's City code. No firearms, guns, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property grounds or inside the property. No illegal substances and/or drugs of any kind are allowed on the property grounds or inside of the property. Trash must be put into trash cans that are on the other side of the home. Please do not damage the walls, floors or furniture. Please do not bring sand into the house, there is a hose as you walk to the private entrance. Please use coasters with any drinks.
