William "Billie" Bott and& his wife Frances "Fannie" O'Connor Farley Bott moved into 1070 Broadview Avenue in September 1916. The architect was Carl Mounjoy of Columbus, Ohio. The house is a combination of both Tudor & Arts and Crafts styles. Mr. Bott was extremely progressive in the planning and building of his home & the current owners have made major capital improvements to the property keeping the integrity & historic nature of this timeless home.
