For those willing to drive a little further: 30-40 minutes to Universal Studios Hollywood, 40 minutes to the LA Zoo or to La Brea Tar pits. Additional local activities will be highlighted in the Welcome Binder upon arrival. Amenities include Full kitchen with cooking essentials, 2 bath, 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a California king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 bedrooms with a full bed), living room has cable TV, reclining sofas and board games. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. General terms, final lease to be reviewed and agreed to during the process. 1. Minimum 1 month stay. This Lease will not renew on a month-to-month basis unless Lessor or Lessee provides the other party with a written notice to extend at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term, and is approved by both parties. 2. Lessor shall be responsible for arranging and paying for all utility services required on the Premises including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, wastewater, garbage and Internet connections. Included all furniture, kitchenware etc. Appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, washer/dryer will be included. Utilities have a $300 monthly cap and will be the tenant responsibility to cover costs above if they go above. If not covered, overages will be deducted from the security deposit. 3.
