Documentation and Fees: The applicant submits photo ID, the information needed to fill out the application, be able to pay all online application fees for the credit check within 24 hours of turning in the written application, and is able to pay the full deposit* and rent requested at the time of signing a lease. The initial move-in fees are to be in the form of a cashier's check or bank wire.
