This is a 5 bed, 2 bath house. This is my only rental property and I respond promptly to any issues that occur. Pets are ok! Move in date of September 1st. The house will be professionally cleaned before move in. Please note: the open house on August 5th from 5-7 PM is allowing appointments in 30 minute blocks. it is full, but please ignore that and come anytime within that windowou can come anytime, don't worry about the tour being full. Individual tours available upon request, however the home is occupied and we will need to work around their schedules. The 2nd bath was added in 2021. More photos or a tour are available upon request. Tennants pay for gas and electricity and are responsible for mowing, raking and shoveling. Owner will pay for water and garbage.
