A separate $350 non-refundable pet deposit is required at the time of lease origination for any pre-approved and non-nuisance breed pet, if applicable, to help offset our costs for minor sanitization/deodorization of the home following the end of the tenancy. Landlord reserves the right to approve or deny any pet requests, not including certified service animals, of course, as outlined per federal law. Any additional pet or pets, if approved, could also necessitate additional non-refundable pet deposits at the sole discretion of Landlord. Any damages beyond normal use/wear-and-tear would be the responsibility of the tenant to pay for their repair and/or replacement.
