The Room: Located on the 1st floor Approx. 10' x 10' Private bathroom with walk-in shower Two closets for extra storage Quiet, tucked-away space for privacy The Condo: 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms Communal 2nd floor with: Full kitchen Dining room Living room + balcony You'll be living with three professional guys (24 30 y/o) respectful, clean, social, and easygoing Rent & Perks: $1,450/month All utilities included nothing additional (Wi-Fi, electric, water, etc.) Parking is available right outside the complex. 5-minute walk to the condo.
