The room available is on the 1st floor of the condo, is about 10X10, very private, has its own bathroom w/ walk in shower and 2 closets. Additionally, as the house is set up on 3 stories, the second floor is completely communal so there is a living room, balcony, a kitchen, a dining room along with a communal office that has two desks, and a pullout futon for friends an family to stay! There are a total of 3 roommates in the home but there are 4 bedrooms where the 4th bedroom is the office. The rate of the room is $1,400 which includes ALL utilizes and a parking spot in the gated complex. We pay for the permit. We start with a 6-month lease that then goes month to month. We want to make sure you want to live there and not feel the need to live there because of a contract.
