This two bedroom, one bath mobile home is located in Fairmount Mobile Home Park in north Independence. The home is very clean and features a large kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. All windows have mini- blinds and most rooms are carpeted. The park is within walking distance to grocery stores, fast food restaurants, banks, a pharmacy and KC Metro bus stops and will be available in early November. Rent is $475 per month. The security deposit is $475. Your trash service, lawn-care and lot rent are all included in the monthly rental amount. The application process normally takes about 3 business days.
