The HVAC system shall not be turned off under any circumstances. Continuous air circulation is required to maintain proper humidity and air quality. The system must remain in "Auto" or "On" mode to ensure airflow is consistently maintained. If the Tenant chooses to open windows or doors to ventilate the home, the thermostat must be set to "ECO" mode in advance, to conserve energy and avoid undue strain on the system. 3. Use of Open Flame and Fragrance Products For the safety and comfort of all residents: The use of candles or any open flame (decorative, scented, ceremonial, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit and on the premises. The use of strongly scented products such as plug-in air fresheners, wax melts, or similar fragrance items is prohibited in all shared or common areas. Tenants may use these products within their private rented room only, provided they do not create a fire hazard or emit odors that impact neighboring rooms. 4. Access for Maintenance and Pest Control Tenant agrees to allow access to the unit by management, maintenance personnel, or pest control professionals for: Emergency repairs Scheduled maintenance or inspections Routine pest control treatments Except in the event of an emergency, Tenant shall receive at least 24 hours' advance notice prior to entry. 5.
