A large room is available in a 1600 sq ft house from Nov 1st March 31st with a possible lease renewal or month to month, depending on what the group decides. About the room: The room is large (209 sq ft) with natural sunlight and a big closet with a built-in dresser and a few shelves. Move-in costs include monthly rent of $1130 with a $1295 deposit. About the house: You'd be living with two quiet and chill Cal PhD students (one cis hetero woman and the other queer woman) who are seeking similarly quiet and chill folks to move in. We are LGBT+ friendly and have been taking COVID regulations fairly seriously. The house is a spacious 3 bed/ 2 bath downstairs unit (part of a duplex) with washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, a large backyard and garden beds for planting. Our landlords live in the upstairs unit and are friendly and responsive. The house is located at the Emeryville/ Oakland border close to the SF bay trail, Target, Trader Joe's Best Buy, Ikea, etc. It's 4 miles south/west of campus and close to major highways. Utilities not included, but are typically $100 per month
