If tenant chooses to utilize the wood burning stove, Tenant must clean and service the wood stove annually with a receipt from a certified chimney sweep/maintenance service. Owner pays for all routine septic maintenance, excluding tenant misuse. Emphatically - no smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or outside on the property. Renter's insurance is required, as well as proof of annual pet licensing, inoculations history up to date, photo provided, etc. Tenant MUST pick-up after their pet.
