We prefer a roommate that is generally low noise, and definitely quiet late at night. Current tenant keeps the space clean, but is not a neat freak. You get a decent sized private room (143 sq ft total) with large closet (22.5 sq ft) and garden level window. It comes with a queen bed and table (or bring your own if you prefer). New paint, carpet, and ceiling fan. You share with one roommate a bathroom (with shower) and a large (~400 sq ft) combined cooking and living space with couch, gas fireplace, TV, and patio. New vinyl flooring in living space. In-unit laundry. Central A/C and heat. Separate entrance available for renters. Peaceful neighborhood cul-de-sac, large backyard with mature trees, garden, and pond. 5 minute walking access to Waneka Lake and related walking/biking trails. 5 minute drives to both mainstreet Lafayette and Louisville. Dash RTD stop 5 minute walk away. We will consider as short as 2 months minimum stay. Pets are only potentially considered. No Smoking. No large, loud parties. Quiet hours after ~10 pm. No Febreeze (we are allergic to some synthetic fragrances). Utilities included in rent.
