Location: The House is close to the cross streets of Kingston and E 11th Ave. No car? No problem, the house is also located .2 miles away from an RTD bus stop! General Room Info: There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with one having it's own separate entrance from the garage as well as one from the backyard and has it's own private bathroom. There is one room on the lower level with a big closest and built in desk with mirror. There are two rooms furnished with a queen size bed. Shared Spaces: There are two kitchens in the house with one on the main level and another on the lower level that are shared with everyone. There is a dinging table in the kitchen on the main level and a shared living room on the main level as well. The backyard is spacious with a sitting area and table. The owner also plans to put in a fire place in the backyard. Parking: Street parking available and 2 garage stops open for an additional $100 a month. House Dynamic: The owner lives in one of the bedrooms in the basement and is a young working professional in there 20s who loves the outdoors and traveling. Everyone is clean and respectful of each other and picks up after themselves. Month-to-Month lease, but required to stay for at least 3 months. No smoking allowed. Parking is just on the street unless you want to rent one of the two garage spots for an additional $100 a month on top of rent and utilities.
