The attic has been sealed with spray foam which keeps the unit warm in the winter and cool in the summer and more importantly your utility bills are lower as a result all year. Additionally, each window is scheduled to be replaced in mid May 2018. Carpet (upstairs) and the air conditioning unit were replaced and installed new in June 2016. The unit is wired for Time Warner Cable/Spectrum, DirecTV and AT&T Uverse. This is a pet friendly unit (additional monthly charge will apply). At the moment the unit is occupied and therefore upstairs bedroom and bathroom pictures are not available. However, each bedroom sports ample closet space and each room enjoys three windows that allows plenty of sun light in.
