This is considered a tiny house but once you walk in, it doesn't feel that way. It is very cozy with many, custom amenities that you can only appreciate inside the home. This cabin has been completely rebuilt from dirt to the top of the roof, with just the four outside walls remaining. The bedrooms are the same 10'x9', one with a King bed and the other with a queen bed. The kitchen area is a mix of old cabin and modern convienances from the farmhouse sink plenty of cabinets and open shelving. The property is one lot off the lake with Lake access a short walk from the house. Renter is responsible for electricity fees and maintenance, including snow removal and or grass cutting. Marginal low-speed internet is included, high-speed internet is available through multiple providers, your responsibility. There is no dishwasher, washer, or dryer in the cabin. Canadian Lakes amenities are available as a guest (not as a member) with fees for swimming pools, exercise room, sauna, ... No pets, no sub-leasing, no smoking or vaping in the house. The cabin is available monthly from October2025 to May2026. Anything into May 2026 will become a weekly rental at summer weekly rates.
