This spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is furnished with upgraded appliances. It has a large, completely fenced backyard and an attached screened porch. It also has a large, attached, two car garage with an additional storage room within the garage and a storage shed in the backyard. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood located within Manning Elementary School District. We will require a security deposit equal to a full month's rent ($1900) at the time of signing. Rent is due by the first of each month. The security deposit will be returned in full if no property damage is incurred. Should repairs be required the security deposit will be used to pay for damage repairs and the remaining deposit balance will be returned to the renter. We will require a 12 month rental agreement and will consider a longer term. The rent includes insurance for our property, liability, and our real property taxes. Renter is responsible for other service/utility costs and renter's insurance. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Pets under 50 pounds are permitted with a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $500 for the first pet. Each additional pet is $100.
