There is a dock for swimming and kayaking, in the midst of abundant wildlife, hiking, and biking. The Mermaid, Phippsburg ME (listed on VRBO.com and AirBnB.com; property ID 1456882) This is a deep-water frontage, western-facing property with beautiful sunsets over Casco Bay, great kayaking and swimming off the dock, and nearby hiking and biking.
