For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Utilities are included. Lawncare is the responsibility of the guest, but can be included for an additional fee. This is a smoke free residence. No large gatherings or functions. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. There is a $150 cleaning fee every 90 days. The home will be deep cleaned by a professional team. This is an historic home and these policies are in place to maintain the integrity of the home. PLEASE READ the rental requirements below and TEXT us a few sentences about how you meet the requirements. We will then coordinate a background check for a $50 fee. No fees are requested prior to showing and application review. Successful candidates will make 3x the rent in income, have verifiable and reliable residential history and income history, demonstrable history of financial responsibility (no/few late pays, write-offs, collections), possess verifiable move-in funds in a bank account, no evictions/bankruptcies/foreclosures in last 6 years, criminal always individual basis for compliance.
