Four bedrooms (included two master suites) a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and large adjacent dining room. All furniture is included along with linens and towels. Ready to move right in! The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars plus the 2-car garage. Pets are permitted upon prior approval and non-refundable pet fee. Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom on main level with ensuite bathroom - King Bed and a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a sunken tub, shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 upstairs -King Bed, 2 twin sleeper chairs, a daybed, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a shower, single vanity and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 upstairs - Queen bed and full-size futon. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom#4. Bedroom #4 upstairs - 2 Twin beds, fully functional work desk, task chair, monitor and printer. Please note that some of the furnishings listed above may not be available during a long-term rental. It may be possible to have the home unfurnished. Ask about options. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most rentals. Reynolds has many amenities including walking and biking trails. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports. Please note, if you are a Reynolds property owner, you will have full access to all Reynolds' community amenities (based on level of membership). Nearby eateries include the fantastic Cafe 44, Silver Moon, Iron Fork Cafe, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Filet Steak and Seafood, and lots of great new eateries popping up in Greensboro. These include high speed internet, electric, water, trash removal, yard maintenance. All of which may be wrapped into the monthly rent upon approval and agreement of both parties. Home will be available on July 15, 2024. Tenant will agree to have owner's professional cleaning service in quarterly at an extra $175 per clean, charged to the tenant. We will consider your dogs on a case by case basis, please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends, as there is an additional pet fee of $350 for up to two small dogs. Lease terms are negotiable based on your needs. We are open to 3-6 month leases. Longer options are available. Discussed as needed. Tenants are responsible for utilities. If the preference is to have all utilities included, a package rate may be applied.
