In Bedroom 'B', you'll find a Full-size bunk bed and another 32" TV. Bedroom 'C' offers a Twin size trundle bed with an additional pull-out bed underneath. **Please note that Bedroom 'C' does not have a door, only an opening but it's conveniently located on the opposite wing of the house than the other bedrooms. Offering the feel of privacy, and it also connects to the second bathroom and the outdoor patio. The Living room sectional can also be used to sleep, extra pillow and sheets provided. Just place the sections together to form a full size bed space. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. The Sunroom is completely inside the house. Offering a cozy and delightful space to drink morning coffee rocking on the chairs or for a productive session at the work station. All TVs are set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services. While the fireplace is currently unavailable, rest assured, our central heater will keep you comfortable. A "Pack N' Play" is available for your use at the property as well. This is free of cost and located in the closet of Bedroom 'B'. Just bring it out of the closet to your desired area and simply pull it out of its cover to use. Please disassemble after using and place back as it was when done. Our guests are free to use our patio outdoor area. Including a shaded dining area for 4 and a gas bbq grill. *PLEASE NOTE: We offer window Air conditioning units in each room and in the living room. Total of 4. -- To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules: *NO PARTIES or events allowed. *Our home is strictly non-smoking. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property or if there's a "smoke" smell inside the home. *Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. *To prevent plumbing issues, do NOT flush Baby wipes or ANY Feminine products in the toilet. Please dispose of them in the provided trash bin. *When leaving the house, lock all doors/windows, and use only the back door (next to driveway to leave). This is the only door with a smart lock. *Initial paper supplies (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll) are complimentary; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery stores. *FREE PARKING is available for up to 2 vehicles (1 in the Driveway & 1 inside the Garage). *FREE Washer and Dryer in the Garage, remembering to clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first few uses. Our community is family-oriented and also in constant development; with an Elementary school and Church nearby. Our neighbors care for each other, and we ask that you treat the neighborhood with respect during your stay.
