The entire home was redone 2021, "Forever Home" in mind. Created floor plan by the "Decker's", to raise a large young family of 8. 718 sq. ft. added, not all in one location, strategically to make the entire home more comfortable for the entire family. The kitchen, den and rear bedroom have white marble tile installed, and a large island that seats 4. (9x4.5) The countertops are fitted with white quarts to mimic our marble flooring. The living room (15.5x20) has a cozy fireplace that can be seen from the entrance. The dining area (15.5x15) includes a bar, the flooring is grey wood looking laminate that pairs well with the marble tile. A big change was the 3ft. long hallway, opened up to just over 6ft wide and 21ft length, that includes a 6x6ft marble tile mud stop at the entrance. The front n. corner room was enlarged from 12x10 to 12x16 which is the largest bedroom in the home to fit our young twins. The last n.rear room is 12x12 with upgrades like ceiling fan and all recessed lighting throughout the home added, if you need a light its there, about 50 lamps added. The shared bathroom was remodeled with dual sinks and 6ft rainfall shower w/ custom tile, full tile accent wall. The stucco was redone modern around the entire home, new modern style roof vents with special fire resistant shingles. Outside lighting around the entire home, customized for security and entertainment. Security camera system throughout the outside of the home. All new concrete from the custom 7ft walkway to the door from the curb, to the stamped concrete in the back. A porch was added with recess lighting. A horizontal fence surrounds the back and side of the residence. New plumbing, and entire home new wiring w/ new 220 electrical panel. This home is set for at least the next 20 years before anything has to be done.
