The home is falling apart literally. My best advice would be to tear the mobile home down and put something else on the property. The selling price is only based on the property value not the home. All clean up would be left to buyer as well. We would need at least 2 weeks after receiving payment to vacate home. Cash only. No open house. You can drive by and look at the property. There is always someone home.
