We are looking for a friendly, chill, employed, financially responsible, clean, cat-loving roommate! The room is an amazing deal: It is the upstairs master bedroom (~14'x14') (of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house) with a private bath and private balcony. A washer and dryer are in the unit. (We also have an RO system for free purified water and a dishwasher.) It is a HOUSE with guaranteed off street PARKING for two cars. Plenty of street parking as well. A safe neighborhood where kids walk to school, owners walk their dogs at night, and runners/cyclists run along the convenient and refreshing running/bike path steps from our place. We are also right across the way from Sony Studios and an amazing/large park. We are a mile from downtown Culver City, home to lots of trendy bars, a movie theater, vegan and non-vegan restaurants. Trader Joe's is less than 5 minutes away by car. We are right next to the freeway so it's easy to get anywhere in the LA area, traffic permitting. And we are blessed with the weather of the westside. Needless to say, I love this house and this location. About us: Our departing roomie is moving in with her boyfriend in the Valley - and taking all of her furniture with her. So it's basically going to be a blank slate when you come in. M1 - is 32 year old, animation professional artist working in Hollywood. She loves netflix marathons, cosplay, nerdy stuff, being socially/environmentally conscious, and cooking vegan awesomeness. She also swears like a sailor, appreciates cleanliness, and treats her home like her sanctuary. She has a 2 year old cat named Riot. Riot does not live up to her name, as she is quite silent and keeps to herself. M2 - I'm a 24 y/o female who works in the entertainment biz. Graduated from the University of Michigan and only share that because I know there are a lot of alumni in LA! Go Blue! I'm low maintenance, drama free and enjoy a clean house where everyone does their fair share. I keep up with tv if I can - Better Call Saul, Vampire Diaries, New Girl, Modern Family, HGTV. My favorite thing to do is laugh. LOL Month to month lease. $1200 rent plus utilities and internet. Deposit is $883. Have a kitty? We would love to hear about them! Move in date is April 1.
