Lease is 3 months Minimum - Starts October 10th (flexible on entry and exit date) No Smoking in the house please. Pet are allowed on a case by case basis and require a pet policy. We have options for house cleaning and yard care services. Utilities are included up to $250/month including gas, electric (we have solar)+ water. TV has Apple TV & Netflix (not including pay per view items). Any additional service not included. We pay high speed internet.
