Updates includes new or steam cleaned carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint. Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors. We allow cats and dogs under 35lbs (max 2 pets) with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $25. ($35 for 2) Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections. Documents needed for the application are photo ID and 1 month of paystubs. Thanks!
