About: This property is home to four cottages in proximity, yet each is separated from the other with landscaping and fencing for privacy. The cottage has its own private patio. The yard, outdoor trash bins, and laundry machines areas are shared. Rent Includes: Water, garbage pickup, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for propane (for cooking and heating) and electricity. Parking: Is available nearby on-street or in the adjacent parking lot. Pets: Well-behaved cats (indoor only) and small dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for a monthly fee. Please note that there may be other pets on site and all pets must be friendly. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Smoking is prohibited in cottages and in the yard for the comfort of all tenants. Noise ordinance in effect after 9 pm.
