Although there aren't doors between bedrooms, there is still ample privacy. There are modern LG appliances including washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, a new fridge, dishwasher, and oven with gas range. There is a large fenced in backyard with stone patio perfect for relaxation and pets. The Cheshire community features several great restaurants, a cafe, and a specialty foods market within 3 minutes walking distance of the house. Less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Asheville! House is fully furnished, although furniture can be removed and stored. There is off street parking for one large or two small cars directly in front of the house, tenants are also welcome to park on the opposite side of the street or two doors down in the overflow parking lot. Owner covers municipal utilities while renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets of all kind are welcome, any repairs costs for damage caused by pets will be taken from the security deposit. Tenant is responsible for simple maintenance such as cleaning and replacing things like lightbulbs, while larger repairs will be covered by owner as long as the damage was not due to tenant negligence.
